Q:  As a company driver, what type of equipment will I be driving?

A:  90% Peterbilt, 10% International

 

Q:  What type of transmissions do you have in the truck?

A:  Super 10

 

Q:  Do your trucks have cruise control?

A:  Yes

 

Q:  Are the trucks equipped with satellite tracking?

A:  Yes

 

Q:  How do I find out about a regional or dedicated job?

Q:  How many miles do your drivers average per week?

A:  OTR drivers average 3,000 per week.  Regional drivers are paid a combination of mileage and hourly rates (any work done solely within a 100 mile radius of the terminal is paid hourly).  Local work is paid strictly by the hour.  Average gross earning: $51,5500.

 

Q:  Does A.N. Webber pay for tolls?

A:  Authorized toll roads only.

 

Q:  Can I have a family member ride with me?

A:  Yes, subject to company rider policy.

 

Q:  Does AN Webber reimburse for weight scale receipts?

A:  Yes.

 

Q:  What is the average length of haul in miles?

A:  Fleet wide 800 miles.

 

Q:  Do you pay more for short dispatches?

A:  OTR drivers delivering regional freight are paid 3.5 cents more than their base pay.  Regional drivers are paid 3 cents more than their base pay.

 

Q:  Can I take advances?

A:  Yes, personal advance of $150 per week are allowed. 

 

Q:  Do you have direct deposit?

A:  Yes.

 

Q:  Do you pay motels?
