On July 4th, 2026, the United States of America reaches a historic milestone. Our nation turns 250 years old, celebrating its semiquincentennial.
For nearly two and a half centuries, America has endured hardship, sacrifice, triumph, innovation and renewal. From the Revolutionary War to the Civil War. From the beaches of Normandy to the moon landing. From moments of division to moments of unity, America’s story has always been one of perseverance, duty, sacrifice and hope.
At A.N. Webber, we believe those stories deserve to be remembered.
That is why we are proud to announce the newest truck to our growing fleet, The Liberty Truck, which will be dedicated on July 4, 2026.
The Liberty Truck is a brand new 2027 Volvo VNL860, built right here in America at the New River Valley plant in Dublin, Virginia. That makes this dedication even more meaningful. An American built truck will now travel America’s highways as a moving tribute to the people, events and generations that helped shape our nation over the last 250 years.
The theme of The Liberty Truck features major touches of American history, including a portion of Emanuel Leutze’s iconic painting, “Washington Crossing the Delaware,” the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore and the Preamble of the United States Constitution. These historic images and symbols are interconnected by the red, white and blue America250 logo, tying together the story of America’s founding, freedom, sacrifice, leadership and promise.
Bringing this vision to life also gave us the opportunity to support a local business. We worked with Fast Lane Graphix in Chebanse, Illinois, collaborating closely with their designer through every part of the design process. Their work helped turn the idea behind The Liberty Truck into a powerful visual tribute that will now travel across the country.
The artwork honors defining moments throughout American history and recognizes the spirit of those who built, defended and strengthened this country.
As The Liberty Truck travels across the United States, it will serve as a rolling reminder of where we have been, how far we have come and the responsibility we all share in shaping what comes next.
As a family owned company founded in 1947, A.N. Webber has had the privilege of operating during nearly one third of America’s history. We do not take that lightly. The freedoms, opportunities and communities we enjoy today were built through the sacrifice and hard work of generations before us.
We are honored to dedicate The Liberty Truck on Independence Day and look forward to sharing it with our employees, customers, veterans, families and communities throughout the year ahead.
Thank you for being part of our journey and for helping keep America moving.
God Bless You and God Bless America.
